Trolley Schedule

For guests staying in Savannah or those who live in the Savannah area, trolleys will be available to take you to Palmetto Bluff and back once the night is over! We recommend you uber to and from the Alida Hotel to use the trolley.

* FRIDAY PICK UP : 4:45 PM AT ALIDA HOTEL *

-When the welcome party is over at 10:00 PM, trolleys will take you back to the Alida Hotel

* SATURDAY PICK UP: 3:15 PM AT ALIDA HOTEL *

- Trolley will be on standby at 9:00 PM for early departures

-Trolley will be available at 1:45 AM to take you back to the Alida Hotel when the reception ends

For guests who are staying at the Montage, there will be a trolley departing from the entrance of the hotel to the event locations ( a short drive).

Air Travel

The closest airport to the Montage Palmetto Bluff is the Savannah/ Hilton Head International Airport in Savannah, Georgia! This is about a 35 minute drive from the wedding venue.

For those guests who prefer to stay in the downtown Savannah area or live in Savannah, we will be providing transportation to and from the wedding events.
Pick up and drop off will be at the Alida Hotel. Find the schedule under Transportation Schedule Tab.

Transportation

Ubers are available at the airport when you arrive and can drop you off at the Montage Palmetto Bluff, but they are not available to call for your ride back to the airport. Please find some of our suggested car service companies for your trip to the airport on Sunday. Please be sure to schedule your ride in advance.

You may also book a rental car through the airport.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Guayaberas
Dress/ polo shirts with khakis or nice jeans, Blazer optional
Summer Dress/ jumpsuit or skirts with a nice top

Ceremony & Reception: Black Tie Preferred
We ask that men wear a tuxedo or a black suit and tie and women wear a long formal gown (colors and pattern are welcome)

Ground might be uneven at times, slightly thicker heels are by no means required, but might be more comfortable.

IS THE VENUE INDOOR OR OUTDOOR?

The welcome party will be held outdoors.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will also be held outdoors, and the reception will take place indoors.

IS THE MONTAGE THE ONLY HOTEL OPTION?

The Montage is the only hotel that is on the Palmetto Bluff property and where all our wedding activities will be held, therefore our suggestion for where you should stay. When staying in a Montage room or house you gain access to all amenities on property.

If you live in Savannah, or prefer to stay in the downtown Savannah area, transportation will be provided to and from wedding events on both Friday and Saturday.

There are so many wonderful activities available at Palmetto Bluff. Please visit the page below to see all that there is to offer!
Some highlights include: swimming, golfing, shooting clays, horseback riding, kayaking, biking, tennis/pickleball, boat cruises and nature tours.
